Like fudge! Click on the "Power User" tab, or the D3D & openGL driver settings buttons on the bottom window of the OCing tab!

It has the most options of any tweaker for nVidia that I know of, it's also the best IMHO.

You really don't need anymore optimizations in the nVidia drivers anyways...
