Due to the PCB being so small, you can't fit highend hardware on them (with lots of ram and huge coolers) , thus you are limited to lowend budget cards. You often see them in simple workstations or office computers.
Even if Treason could fit a highend AGP card in his puter, his PSU would be too weak. The xfx cards I had required 18 or 20amps iirc, that would require a minimum of 218w on the 12v rail to the gfx card alone.
