I found all this stuff when I was looking to see if 1.55v is a safe voltage. Turns out that (according to the first posted link) 1.6v is the threshold.

I hope people who had a lot of questions get the answers they were looking for, or at least close.

There's also a huge OCDB at diy-street. There are AMD and Intel guides and designated guides to a specific socket.
