Please provide me with the output of glxinfo,
your xorg.conf, your xorg log and dmesg.
I'd recommend you use nvidia-bug-report.sh,
as it generates a file which provides me
with this and other informations.
Oops, I've installed Archlinux already and nvidia-settings --glxinfo works fine now (with 169.12).
