Dazz , you have to use RealTemp to get more accurate temperature , there was test done by realtemp creator he found out qx9659 has tjmax of 95 , other programs assume its 105.

For stressing cpu i recommend Prime95 (supports 4 threads) and or OCCT . Google be your friend
