I would suggest that course of action at this time rather than continuing to ponder if a fix is coming out
The problem doesn't appear to be widespread at this point, but more searching on other forums needs to be done. I did run across a couple of similar threads in EVGA's forum when I looked earlier.
I've received faulty hardware before and I know it's a drag having to return it.
We should continue this type of discussion in this thread and have folks report back on how they resolved their problem.
