It's not that hot outside but my room is little, and i have no air, also it's really dry here and computer itself heats up the room. Airflow in apartment is so bad that opening window in my room and in the room next to it doesn't help a lot. Right now it's 80F outside. It can reach up to 104F during the Summer or -40F in Winter time.

Now, what State in US has such extreme temperature?

Room temperature doesn't affect you components, we are talking about 1-3C at most.
