They need to be conservative with factory oc'ed cards. They have no way of knowing what kind of cooling customers will have, I'd be surprised if the oc'ed model didn't get close to 2600. They are supposedly tested to higher standards, so in theory, they would oc past the average. I think that more applies to the core though, as the memory is all .8ns if im not mistaken.

Looks like I have one of my clock speeds too high. I started running around in Crysis for 5 minutes and the colors went all funky
So I guess I'll have to go back through each clock one by one to see which one it is.
