So its an EVGA tweaking program. It appears you can download it if you register for an account at eVGA's website, but this new version isn't on there yet.

I'll let this stay for now. If I get any official requests to remove it, this thread will be deleted.
And it works like a charm....I like it better than rivatuner.


I think that Jakup originally posted a link to Evga's website with precision on it.
