I am running my gtx 260 with a pretty good overclock, an e8400@ 3.4, and two hdd's without any power issues on a 540w enermax.

XFX suggested at least a 630w PSU for the card, but below it posted nvidia's specs of 500W.

Try it and see, I think you will be ok however you have a 125 watt CPU, so that may be different for you.
