Wow! I have heard that they have a pretty bad customer support before but I never thought it was this bad.
I wanted to open a support ticket with them. Seems like there is no such system only a couple of emails buried inside support pages and not immediately accessible and apparent to the user.
Anyway I have mailed them twice about two different questions I had both of them were replied with auto responses I thought ok like all the other customer supports you will eventually talk with a human being but hell I was wrong. The automated response is THE only response and they shout in it with caps DONT REPLY TO THIS AND DONT ASK FOR MORE! WTF?
Then in that automated response they have listed some frequent problems and their so-called fixes to those problems. One of them is a link to a user created froum post of a game breaking problem which was (probably is) the memory leak issue. They expect you to read one hundred and twenty something pages of user suggestion posts and pick the one you like better.

I also noticed they have a volunteer program where you, a player volunteer to help them. They need to pull their heads out of their collective behinds instead of coming up with such genius ideas.
There is no support in AoC, there is no GM in AoC.I have filed four in-game petitions so far only to get deleted after 4 hours.
Worst suppot EVAR.
I dont know maybe they need to learn a lesson from PlayNC and their fantastic customer support or be less MF greedy and employ a full customer support team.
