Luckily with my new asus P58 + 8600 the issue has vanished. One short fanboost, a beep and ok. I will run some benchies soon.
It was really hard stuff to install the board. And no internet connection for 10 hour. At last I realised that the card did not align precisely. I'm broken now myself.
