Interesting stuff - I have a friend into the very same thing, except his expression is in the form of songwriting. Some of the conversations we have leave me totally lost, as he spouts a kind of, stream of consciousness...I try my best to keep up, but he is often in a completely different head-space to me, and I end up floundering.
