Apart from Warhead which i ran at Enthusiast DX9 , all the other games are stutter free and i have never even seen this micro stuttering you mention,

Microstuttering is a vastly exxagerated problem. However a multi GPU @ 40 FPS is not equivalent to a single single @ 40 FPS. Due to the inconsistency between frame delay making some frames appear slower than others. This is not a big deal. Especially when you maintain 30 FPS > typically. But the FPS values dont equal out to a single GPU either due to the inconsistency. I typically shave 15-20% off a multi GPUS displayed FPS value when I look at FPS of an overall solution compared to a single GPU. Microstuttering in itself is not something most people would notice.
