Install this new configuration tool, go to the 'cut scenes' tab, click 'install new cutscene.dll' select VLC, select the path of vlc, & click on test. If the video works, click on write 'cutscene.ini'.

This is a new fix to use VLC, with the GDI as video renderer.

I had the black screen problem under Vista x64, but now they work with this new cutscene.
