terminals remains black with 9600GT and 177.70 or 177.78
I can also confirm that enabling the NVreg_UseVBios=0 option, doesn't solve my black virtual console issue. My laptop has a PCI-X GeForce 9600M GT w/ 512MB.

I've been testing all the drivers from 177.82, to the latest available (180.08). The kernel i'm using, is also the latest (

I also tried the vga=normal solution proposed by many people in the forum, but that didn't work either.

Help from the NVidia crew would be appreciated
