Default Which Heatsink/Fan to Cool Qx9770??

I am acquiriing a Intel QX9770 and want to keep it nice and cool via air and hope to maybe do a little overclocking on it. However, I am up in arms about what cooler to use to keep it under control. I am hoping for some first hand experience but opinions are appreciated as well:

Thanks in advance!!
