Re: Going Tri-SLI Soon...Which Power Supply should I get for my HP BlackBird?
Actually, the best bang for the buck is single GPU. A single 260 is the cheapest and most sensible route to go right now, IMO, with a PC library full of console ports.
This coming from someone who had CrossfireX just a short time ago. All that power isn't needed for anything other than Crysis (Again, IMO, and even then two X2s scale horribly in Warhead right now.)
i7-2700k @ 5.0 GHz
Nvidia GeForce 570 2.5GB Tri-SLI
Asus P67 WS Revolution (Tri-SLI)
OCZ Vertex SSD x 4 (Raid 5)
G.Skill 8GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz
PC Power & Cooling 950W PSU
