well ive just about lost my patience.... its been over a month and neither MSI nor nvidia has a solution. MSI has stopped responding to my tech support emails, so i can only assume they havnt any answers.

I am setting up the refund/return process through my online retailer and if i dont hear some good news soon i am sending this card back.

Ill use the money to get a new cpu instead and wait for the nv38.
