Not a metal cutter but a metal file is your friend LOL. To fit my GTX260 in the guy who fitted it had to file away at the metal HDD cage (collect the filings) to fit it in. Eventually went in and it works perfectly but a real sweat to get it in. I have a Thermaltake Soprano Case.
He reckons a second card in SLI would be a doddle but I ain't going there!!!
I agree cards should not be this big and NV and DAMATI should make they sure they fit in regular cases.
