There is actually no fix in the 45.33 included for the scrolling noise but the changes made in the new driver to prevent the flickering may also cure the scrolling noise for some users under some occasions...

Guess you're one of the lucky then
If voltage was raised, that may have fixed it for me.

EDIT: it's still there, but much less noticeable. I can't hear it unless I put my head into the case
