Windows 7 needs a UAC mode where it never prompts you, so you can use the Gadgets and not be annoyed by Windows asking if you want to run CCleaner 10X in one day.
TweakUAC does the job though, so even if Microsoft doesn't get around to it, I have a way of doing it myself.
I haven't even messed with the UAC yet. In fact, I haven't even looked into it yet to see what level it is on for me (Will look right now). I have only had it pop up once in the past week. I like it as it is right now.
