I just can't get 4.2+ stable without setting the vcore and vtt higher than safe max in the bios, so I settled for 4.1. Any suggestions?

CPU is currently running at about 40% in the shots above due to the ATI gpu client folding.
Run it at lower freq, & try to tight the memory timings & tRD. This will give you a nice boost in the memory subsystem. You will need to enhance the cooling of your chipset.

Lowering the tRD gives a nice boost to the memory subsystem:

Check the memory latency of my rig running CAS3 @ 450MHz:

Btw, i installed a 2nd fan on the Ultra120, and a 2nd fan in the chipset, and i lowered the CPU temp to 45ºC & the chipset temp to 40ºC, at max load, after 1h of OCCT.

I was able to boot the system & run wPrime up to 485 MHZ FSB, with the same voltages, so, this gives me a nice healthy margin for 24h daily usage.

Have fun with your system OC
