The problem is, for the first service- I have no idea what one should be running. According to task manager, all necessary services were running. I even opened up services.msc to check there... I'm entirely stumped as to what service the system needed to have running. Is there a way for me to check? If you're thinking the event logs, they're about as helpful as a bullet to the head.
