I tried 3 latest versions of the drivers (so, including 4349), and all give the same result.
Out of curiousity, are you displaying on an LCD screen? I'm wondering if that's part of the problem... I lugged my CRT to the box with the card, but it seems it doesn't put out a signal on the VGA connector, even though I disconnected the DVI. Perhaps it detects this at box powerup time...
