Default GTX285 and IE oddity

I recently installed a GTX285 in the system in my sig. Ever since doing this I've noticed that when I have an IE window open that has a scroll bar on the right, if I click and drag the bar it will lag a little bit behind the mouse pointer for a few moments. It's like the display inside the IE window isn't being drawn fast enough at first and then everything catches up and works normal (if that makes any sense, kinda hard to explain). I'm using the 181.22 drivers for Win XP Pro 32 bit.

Anyone else experience anything like this or know a fix for it?
