Crysis does act weird with some overclocks and drivers,and bad CFG files.Even at stock settings.

You can try this ,Worked for me in SLI and TRISLI with 9800 GTX+ cards.
Run ram unlinked in BIOS at whatever your ram runs at,800,1066 ETC.
Remove all mods such as CFG,tod,particles mods for now.
Turn off any AF or AA before you start game
Also run in DX9.

Try these drivers Extreme G 180.70 drivers. http://www.tweakforce.com/

Also you can try a CFG I made for the 9800GTX+ TRISLI cards but might be too much for SLI
But you can try to see if game will start.
