Single card solutions have always worked best for me Never driver issues or stuttering. The GTX285 is by far the most powerfull single card solution on the market. I am not quite sure why they made the GTX295 with less memory and with slower clocks... it would seem that two GTX285's built in the same way would have been much better! Having 1GB of video memory really helps on higher resolutions as well! That could be the reason though that at most the GTX295 is only about $80 more in price than the GTX285.
