Does this refer to tRCD? My cpu-z shows trcd and not tRD.
The tRCD is the 'row' to 'column' delay (DRAM is like a 2D array of rows & columns).

The tRD is the 'delay' that the chipset needs to move the data from the memory bus to the FSB. On the ASUS mobos, this is called 'performance level'.
