I'm pretty sure that it is possible to somehow tweak the pixel clock on
Windows, too. I recommend asking in a nvidia/windows related forum.
But apart from that, the pixelclock as shown in your screenshot, above,
is definitely not correct, it simply doesn't fit to the given timing parameters.
I guess you should file a bug report to nvidia and/or Matrox.
