Default 700w PSU handle SLi GTX260 cards?

I am wondering can i get away with 2x GTX 260 (192 Core) Cards with this power supply FSP Group FX700-GLN.

Currently have
QX9650 @ 3.5GHz 1.26v
2x2GB G.Skill PC8000 @ 1GHz
2x Samsung Spinpoint 750GB (RAID-0)
Custom watercooling
2x ASUS DVD-RW
EVGA SC GTX260 (192 cores)

On the box and PSU it says 4 rails of 15A on 12v Rail but their web site says 18A so not sure which to go with.

I can pick up either a EVGA SSC GTX260 (192) or a 1kw Coolermaster PSU and maybe a GPU waterblock.
