Default slow startup

A have the same problem. When I go trough log messages (verbose level 5), I notice delays in following places:

Thats 30 seconds together. Other messages goes quickly. Unfortunetly, I can't figure, what's wrong. Previous drivers waits 20 seconds, older 10 seconds. NoDDC option doesn't solved this problem.

HW: Abit VH6T, Intel Celeron Tualatin 1.3GHz, Abit Siluro GF4-MX440.
