I mailed nvidia with detailed information on those bugs since first 18* releases. Roland Hui mailed me with something like work in progess. But I have not got any news on it since February.
It is still broken.

I see no problems with fixing it as turning it on by editing card's registers manualy works fine except driver reseting it every few seconds.
