You're missing the point. DX11 provides standardized tessellation support across every manu. R600 on supports pretty robust tessellation, but DX11 has some extra flexability still. So DX11 tessellation > x360 tessellation, but should provide for a more cross platform friendly atmosphere than dx10 does.
