That said, I don't play multiplayer, and thus none of that concerns me much. Neither do mods, usually, as the only real mods I would use are multiplayer maps, like Unreal Tournament stuff, and I play multiplayer extremely rarely.
I concur. One can take 3 games for example: HL, HL2, Doom3... and look at the multitude of SP maps/Mods/total conversions & MP maps/Mods/etc and see the freedom that PC Gaming allows/inspires/pushes for.
The consolers don't get any of that... instead, lol (wow) they get charged for normal maps that come with the game = insanity.
