Dude... a prescott is not what you want to be using as a server proc. Even underclocked it's gonna rape your power bill if you leave it on 24/7.

You could get a Intel brand 775 mainboard (Intel is the best for reliability), RAM, and a low power E3300 for very cheap. Probably like $100 if you get the right deal.
