Default nVidia driver 185.18.36 problems with X

Hi all, I am starting to pull my hair out over this problem I am having.

Let me give you a run down on my system:
FreeBSD 7.2-Release i386
nVidia 8400M GS (Dell XPS M1330) 128MB
4GB RAM (~3.5GB due to 32bit OS)

I have compiled the nvidia driver version 185.18.36 from nvidia's website without issues.
I then enabled the linuxulator, and installed the misc/compat5x package from ports.
The nvidia_load="YES" and linux_load="YES" is in my /boot/loader.conf and the linux_enable="YES" is in my /etc/rc.conf.
I have also added the machdep.disable_mtrrs="1" to /boot/loader.conf as per the thread on the FreeBSD forums: http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=3065

Now onto my problem:
Everytime I start X it will start, go to a blank screen for a few seconds, then exit out. There are no errors being reported in my /var/log/Xorg.0.log. The only thing it does say is "Fatal Server Error: Caught Signal 11. Server Aborting".

Sometimes the Xserver will cause the kernel to panic completely, forcing a reboot. I will attach my Xorg.0.log and xorg.conf. I just can't see what is causing this.

Xorg.0.log: http://pastebin.com/f36d789a1
xorg.conf: http://pastebin.com/f6f89314a

So what do you guys think is going on, and is there a fix?
