CaptNKILL you sure gigabyte hasn't added the loadline setting to that board? I know the DS4 definitely has it and so do a few other P35's. Also tbh you are better off compensating with additional voltage than risking the board and cpu with pencil mods. If anything sell that on eBay and grab a cheap gigabyte P45. You won't have to spend much out of pocket and you'll be much happier with the results/stability

Edit- You should also push that ram a little more since its PC8500, 1:1 is not the best for latency. I would prefer to run my ram faster than my fsb if I could
