If you're OCing, undo the OC while installing, then re-OC once installed. Don't know if this will work for sure, but my rig was running fine clocked at 400x9(3.6) with VistaHPx64, but it kept crashing while installing 7. I returned to stock clocks and the install went fine. I've found there are many hardware issues that blame the nVidia drivers. Just because it's saying the nVidia file is the one that's crashed doesn't mean it's the cause.
