Pretty much.
What they have done is launch a new Bioware site called Bioware Social Network, now you should be able to bring across your old Bioware account or EA Account and link them all up, problem is the site is so ****ed up no one can do anything. Bigger problem is, you cannot get an DLC until you can log on and register your game. I was having troubles linking the accounts, now I point blank cannot log in.
The site must be getting hammered. I'm getting 404s now. Bummer as the game is decrypting and I wanted to play with my DLC from the get go. :
