The 4200 will beat the 5650 in pretty much everything... much more efficient design and more raw power.

.. and the 9600 may well beat up on the 4200. I'm not sure of the disparity between these two chipsets in OpenGL performance. Google "ATI 9600 benchmarks" maybe.
