I'm pretty sure that it will work, but I certainly can't guarantee!

My understanding is that all recent nvidia cards can be programmed
up to 32767x32767 - however, at that resolution (and 330MHz pixel clock),
you would get a refresh rate of only 0.3 Hz :-)

BTW.: you could try out if the timings of the modeline in postings #5 and #9
will work (using your test video signal generator):

Pixel Rate: 257.000 MHz

Horizontal:
Active: 2048
Blank: 126
Period: 2174
Pulse delay: 32
Pulse width: 32

Vertical:
Active: 2048
Blank: 32
Period: 2080
Pulse delay: 3
Pulse width: 4
