- it is definitely on XINE-LIB, mplayer works fayn in same conditions
- it not deppend to buffer sizes in XINE configutation. For test I was multiply all buffer sizes by 10 but without any effect

I thing that this thread can be closed, it have wrong name.
When I will found new informations I will create thread with better name.
