I'm sure you could call an FX5800 @ ultra speeds a "good performer"... or a "decent card for the money"...
PNY 5600Ultra rev. 2, CompUSA $169. I picked one up it's a very good card, it's quiet, runs cooler than a 5800, overclocks extremely well and comes with a full version of Splinter Cell. The NV31's memory controller is more effecient than the NV30 as well.
