This really surprises me:
Could you confirm that VDPAU allows you to hardware-decode the xacti-dog 60fps sample without totally loosing A/V-sync? Since the sample is mostly silent, only status line information can be used;-(
Could you also test MPlayer?
Sorry for mixing up 50fps and 60fps, the sample in question is of course 60fps.
