Angry Unable to load 3d driver

Hi to all,

i'm trying to install the nvidia 3d accellerated driver fro my ASUS V6800 with GeForce 256 DDR chipset. I can compile and install the driver normally, from .rpm, .srpm and .tar.gz, the problem appears when i try to run "startx" with the new driver. The X server is well configured. The error message ends with error number 104, and in /var/log/messages these entries appear:

Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: nvidia: Can't find an IRQ for your NVIDIA card!
Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: nvidia: Please check your BIOS settings.
Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: nvidia: [Plug & Play OS ] should be set to NO
Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: nvidia: [Assign IRQ to VGA] should be set to YES
Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: nvidia: loading NVIDIA Linux x86 NVdriver Kernel Module 1.0-3123 Tue Aug 27 15:56:48 PDT 2002
Sep 27 00:03:06 server kernel: NV0: isr request failed 0xfffffff0

The problem is that the system cannot find a free irq for the card. This started when i configured the ide interface on an old ISA AWE32 soundcard. Before that i was able to run 3d accellerated drivers without any problem.

My /proc/interrupts is the following:

0: 153946 XT-PIC timer
1: 2353 XT-PIC keyboard
2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
5: 3115 XT-PIC soundblaster
8: 2 XT-PIC rtc
9: 2927 XT-PIC eth0
10: 176 XT-PIC ide3
11: 0 XT-PIC eth1
12: 44964 XT-PIC PS/2 Mouse
14: 35893 XT-PIC ide0
15: 31626 XT-PIC ide1
NMI: 0
ERR: 0

My questions are the following. Which interrupt is required for my AGP video card? Considering that under windows (on the same system, 'cause this is a dual boot system) everything works fine, is there any possibility to run all the stuffs correctly under linux?

Tnx everybody
