Hmm... not sure what to think of this.
The Phenom II's have proven to be really good over clockers, however I'm betting there's gonna' be a rivision introducing 32-nm parts with higher clock speeds and over clocking capabilities.
I think it wont be untill this revision that these chips will shine. We'll also see better use of that "Dynamic Acceleration" technology (or whatever AMD is calling it).
Pretty excited about these. I think the 32-nm parts, especially with SOI will be really impressive for their price-range.
