Oh please.......let's not get defensive here ok? Just stating my opinion just like everyone this in the forum.
I've had a GTX260 for 1 1/2 yrs now and loved it. I've just decided to upgrade to the 5870 because heat and power usage are huge issues with me. I like the performance AND efficiency of the 5870 better than the 470/480 cards....that is it. I'm not a fanboy of either so don't read anymore into it than what it is, an objective opinion.
And I still stand by post saying the extreme heat these cards produce should be a major concern. Especially to guys that like to OC alot. The endurance and longevity is a huge question that only time will tell.
