I've been to Ubisoft Montréal's studios and I must say that it looks similar to Valve's new studios, one thing about Ubi's studios I was amazed about was their sound testing room, and their "back-store" of hundreds upon hundreds of various objects that their sound designers use to create sound effects in their games, I wish we were shown the sound room in Valve's studios, unless I missed it?
Also they got Foosball tables in Ubi's studios!
Anyway, it's great to see such places, I would love to work for Valve.
