260's are great cards to SLI, as long as you can get them cheap. If not, 5830's or 5850's would be a better buy nowadays. In Jan this year, 260's were amazingly cheap, like 110, but they've gone back up to 160 now, at least in the UK.
Those clocks look accurate.... I've owned a 260 before, my 2 roomates have them as well, it's a pretty standard overclock, but also fairly aggressive for most people.

$140 on sale in the US was the lowest that it got.... I sold mine used for $100 because it really wasn't worth much more at the time... kind of a bad deal in retro-spect... should have held onto it.
